Jason with Through the Glass Dog Doors did an outstanding job for us. He was always prompt, polite, courteous and cleaned up after himself. Because our slider door was either not installed properly by the installers years ago or possibly the door along with the house settled/shifted it was not your typical job but with Jason’s experience and know how he was able to dismantle as well as install the new door without too much trouble. The door is beautiful and our pooch loves being able to come and go on her own. We would confidently recommend Jason with Through the Glass Dog Doors for your doggie door needs!

Through the Glass Dog Doors did an amazing job on the installation on the installation of our new dog door and I would highly recommend them. We were using an insert that went between the sliding glass door and the wall and the difference is amazing. The new door does not blow open in the wind, we are saving a ton on heating and cooling since the door can stay closed and sealed now, and it is great being able to open the sliding glass door all the way.

Amazing door, absolutely no draft when standing right next to it. Keeps the weather out and the heat in. And its amazing beginning able to have the whole sliding glass door back.

Jason did a great job for us. The dog door has two flaps and seals nicely when our pup goes in and out. Also, because the entire glass door closes without gaps, our basement will be much warmer. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I was very impressed with the process of getting our custom sliding door made. They friendly guys from Through the Glass took just a few minutes to measure the sliding door and returned in 3 weeks with the new door which was installed in less than half an hour. They also fixed the lock on our door which had been broken for years and carried the old piece of glass down to my storage room for me. We are very happy with the door itself, as are our four pets! Our big dog had it mastered almost immediately and our little dog took some coaxing but soon figured it out. Our cats appeared to not understand it for a while and then one day they just started using it. Typical cats. Now we can seal up the old hole in the wall dog door and keep our sliding door closed and the pets can still come and go. And without one of those inserts that make the opening awkwardly skinny for people when it is open... The glass sliding door behaves as it always has, but now the pets can go through it. It's the perfect solution!

Jason was always prompt and explained the process of replacing the glass in our large sliding glass door. The door is western-facing, and we were concerned about the high winds up on the ridge where we are. The door seals tightly and hasn't needed the cover to keep the wind out. We highly recommend this dog door and Through the Glass Dog Door.
