Wonderful experience. Very happy with my doggy door that is in glass. It’s double flapped and I don’t feel wind blow through like one I put in in NY. The owner was responsive and dependable. A great experience and worth the money.
Very professional, quick, honest and helpful. Jason was great to work with and had our new door installed right in the window he quoted. No more drafts coming in the house, dog adjusted quickly to the new door and we are very happy with the product and service.
I’ve had my “through the glass door” doggie door for just over a year now. Jason did an excellent job when he installed it last November. I couldn’t be happier with it over the last year. It’s well worth the money because of the convenience, quality and aesthetics. I am so glad that I didn’t buy one of those dog door inserts for my sliding glass patio door. My puppy easily adapted to using it, and so have my kid’s dog’s that come to visit. I love the fact that I can close it at night or at other times.The double insulated flaps really work well in keeping the cold air out even when it’s windy and they’re easy to clean. II wouldn’t think twice about getting a “Through the glass dog door”. You won’t be disappointed, it’s worth the investment!
Through the Glass responded quickly when I reached out looking for an in-door dog door. The service was prompt and efficient. My new door looks amazing and the dogs are happy with it. I appreciate the safety of being able to lock the sliding door and the dog door. Would definitely do use them again if I ever need another one.
Amazing door, absolutely no draft when standing right next to it. Keeps the weather out and the heat in. And its amazing beginning able to have the whole sliding glass door back.
Jason was so professional and quick to respond! The quality of his work is fantastic and he explained the whole process why there has to be a new door made as opposed to simply cutting the old door. He uses both energy efficient glass and an energy efficient dog door! It is one of the nicest looking dog doors we have ever had. We absolutely recommend his quick and kind service to others!
