Jason was response and attentive from start to finish! He replied within 24 hours of my initial inquiry and scheduled an appointment within a week. I had several questions and it's clear he really knows his craft. The door was received within three weeks of our meeting. The day of the installation couldn't have taken more than an hour and it looked beautiful. The only issue we had was the lock on the door cover breaking within a week of installing it. Apparently this is quite rare and Jason immediately said he'd replace it. Overall I found Jason to be compentent, professional, and trustworthy; all qualities that are becoming harder and harder to find.
Jason went above and beyond helping me get my second dog door installed in my new kitchen door- Beautiful job and the dogs and I are so happy w the results!! Only way to make us all happy was "through the glass" !!!

Jason was always prompt and explained the process of replacing the glass in our large sliding glass door. The door is western-facing, and we were concerned about the high winds up on the ridge where we are. The door seals tightly and hasn't needed the cover to keep the wind out. We highly recommend this dog door and Through the Glass Dog Door.
Jason with Through the Glass Dog Doors did an outstanding job for us. He was always prompt, polite, courteous and cleaned up after himself. Because our slider door was either not installed properly by the installers years ago or possibly the door along with the house settled/shifted it was not your typical job but with Jason’s experience and know how he was able to dismantle as well as install the new door without too much trouble. The door is beautiful and our pooch loves being able to come and go on her own. We would confidently recommend Jason with Through the Glass Dog Doors for your doggie door needs!

Awesome experience. It took a couple weeks to get the glass in but absolutely worth the wait and the $. The dog door itself is high quality and I don’t feel the drafts like I did with a single flap door. The dogs and humans are very happy.

Great job by Jason on our Through the glass dog door. We previously had the standard panel dog door which was terribly energy inefficient and our kitchen was freezing on these cold wintery days.
